In this day and age, it's unusual for a mortgage person to really listen to
a client's needs.
With the hundred's of different options available to you (banks, brokers,
internet) this often complicated process has become more and more confusing for
most people.
My team and I are committed to serve you, by determining what your short and
long term mortgage goals are. We will do this by asking thought provoking
questions of you and then taking a financial planning approach in order to
develop a personal mortgage strategy for you.
We are different from our competition and look forward to the opportunity of
showing you how.
What will it cost me? I heard you charge a fee?
We are compensated from the lender, (not you, the borrower). We are only paid
when we have successfully completed in helping our clients. We are therefore
motivated to help you (not like most bank mortgage people who are paid a
salary). When creative, specialized, or difficult mortgages are required, a
consulting fee will be disclosed to you up front.
