What will it cost me? I heard you charge a
fee?
We are compensated from the lender, (not you, the borrower). We are only paid
when we have successfully completed in helping our clients. We are therefore
motivated to help you (not like most bank mortgage people who are paid a
salary). When creative, specialized, or difficult mortgages are required, a
consulting fee will be disclosed to you up front. |
