I believe that my job as a mortgage professional has evolved into that of a consultant and educator. With a background in Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, Customer Service, Technology, Social Work and the Arts, my approach is unique in that I will assist my clients to make informed decisions when financing a purchase, renewing/refinancing their homes, using their home equity to pay off debt or financing a renovation or repair to their home. I will use my technological savvy to research and obtain whatever facts needed to help you or your clients make the best decisions possible. Mortgages have become my passion and my job satisfaction comes from knowing you or those who have been referred to me have received the best possible service that can be provided. I have access to over 50 of Canada’s financial institutions, banks, credit unions and trust companies. I’m familiar with a vast array of available mortgage products – ranging from first time home buyer programs to financing for the self employed, to financing those with flawed credit. As a Neighbourhood Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Professional, I work for my clients – not just the lenders – to ensure my clients receive the best rates and products available to meet their family’s needs. I will give the information necessary to my clients to assist them to choose the best terms and conditions for them, based on personal circumstances.
