Melanie joined the VanderDuim Mortgage Team in 2004. A great asset to the office with her administration skills and computer experience, she is a valued part of the team. Obtaining her mortgage agent license in 2004, Melanie assists Sharon with her abilities and proficiency.

Melanie completed a four year degree studying Psychology. She graduated in June 2008 with Honours from Trent University.

Melanie lives in Bowmanville with Nick and their two boxer dogs Diesel and Roxy. She is a very creative young woman who is also testing her culinary skills in the kitchen! Melanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially at her family cottage in Buckhorn.

Melanie received her Accredited Mortgage Professional designation in February 2008.
