Nicholas obtained his mortgage agent license in 2004. Since then he has been learning the industry, attending mortgage seminars, conferences and observing the day to day activities at the office.

In 2006, Nicholas purchased his first home at the age of 22. In doing this, he experienced the anxiety of the first time home purchaser and the realization of home ownership. This first hand experience has enabled Nicholas to relate well to clients and understand the emotions associated with mortgage financing.

Nicholas enjoys golfing, wakeboarding, snowmobiling, dirt biking and spending time with Melanie and their boxers Diesel and Roxy.

Nicholas received his Accredited Mortgage Professional designation in February 2008.
