Hello. My
name is Sandy Duncan. I’ve worked as a Mortgage Specialist for the last 8
years and have recently joined the Nugent Mortgage Team. My career has covered working in the legal field for 17 years, switching to becoming a Mortgage Specialist and even a short stay as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist with TD Canada Trust before returning to the mortgage broker world and that’s where you find me now. Also, I was the co-creator of the television program Ka-Ching, the Mortgage Solution Show with Josh Wendeler that aired on SunTV for the 2006 and 2007 season. Helping clients by finding out exactly what they need and guiding them to their goals is what makes me find this work fun and interesting. No two stories are ever the same!
