Hi my name is Todd Payzant and I have been in the mortgage business for the last 14 years. The first 12 years I was a Mortgage Development Manager for Scotiabank. The last two years I have been working as an agent with Mortgage Alliance in Sudbury. I actively originate mortgages along with Nikki Tomljanovich, my licensed assistant, who is fully licensed, experienced mortgage agent who works to ensure the highest possible level of service - both prior to and after the closing of your mortgage.
