Susannah obtained her Mortgage Agents License in 2011 after over 20 years in the mortgage industry, both in Canada and the U.K.
She has held many positions within the industry, initially working in Customer Service, then Underwriting Team Manager and ultimately Underwriting Support and Training Manager. Throughout her time in the industry, she has seen clients with every type of need and makes it her job to ensure that the client is found a mortgage product that is right for them. She relocated to Canada in 2006 with her husband Mark and their son Ethan who was a little over 1 years old at the time. In 2007 she gave birth to their own little Canadian, Joshua.
